How to Export or Delete Your Latitude Data
Latitude allows you to export your available analytics data as a CSV file. If you want information permanently deleted from Latitude’s database, you must submit a request to Latitude Support. Exporting, disconnecting an account, canceling a subscription, and deleting data are separate actions.

Export Your Analytics Data
Analytics data can be exported directly from the Analytics area of Latitude.
The export is downloaded as a CSV file, which can be opened in programs such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers.
Download a CSV Export
To export your analytics data:
Open Analytics in Latitude.
Select the LinkedIn profile or Company Page whose data you want to export.
Choose the appropriate date range or filters.
Select the option to export or download the data.
Save the CSV file to your device.
Your browser may download the file automatically or ask where you want to save it.
Export Each Account Separately
Analytics are managed separately for each connected LinkedIn account and Company Page.
If you manage multiple accounts, select and export each account individually. Confirm that the correct account and date range are selected before downloading the CSV.
Analytics must also be enabled for an account before Latitude can collect and display its performance data.
Understand What the Export Includes
The CSV export contains the analytics data available through the selected Analytics view.
It is not a complete export of everything stored in your Latitude account. For example, downloading analytics does not necessarily export your:
Drafts
Scheduled posts
Content Strategy
Account settings
Team or workspace information
Connected-account authorization records
Contact Latitude Support if you need information that is not available through the Analytics export.
Request Deletion of Your Data
Latitude does not currently provide a self-service option for permanently deleting all account data from its database.
To request deletion, contact Latitude Support.
What to Include in Your Request
Include enough information for Support to locate the correct account or workspace:
The email address used to sign in to Latitude
Your workspace or organization name, if applicable
The connected LinkedIn account names
Whether you want all associated data deleted or only specific information
Whether you also want your Latitude account closed
To protect your information, Latitude Support may need to verify that you are authorized to request deletion for the account or workspace.
Export Before Requesting Deletion
Download any analytics data you want to keep before submitting a deletion request.
Once information has been permanently deleted, Latitude may not be able to recover it or provide a later export.
Disconnecting Is Not the Same as Deleting
Disconnecting a LinkedIn profile stops Latitude from using that connection for future publishing and data collection.
It does not necessarily delete information that was already stored in your Latitude account.
Similarly:
Revoking Latitude through LinkedIn does not automatically delete stored Latitude data.
Removing a connected account does not necessarily delete its previous content or analytics.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically serve as a database deletion request.
Contact Latitude Support when you want your stored data permanently deleted.
Canceling Is Not the Same as Deleting
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals according to your billing terms.
Your Latitude account and previously stored information may remain available after cancellation. Submit a separate deletion request if you also want your account data removed from Latitude’s database.
Team and Workspace Data
If you belong to a shared workspace, some information may be associated with the workspace rather than only with your individual login.
Workspace owners and administrators may need to approve requests involving shared content, connected accounts, team records, or organization-wide deletion.
When contacting Support, clearly state whether your request applies to:
Your individual user account
A specific connected LinkedIn account
Selected information
The entire Latitude workspace
Latitude Support will confirm the scope of the request before completing a deletion that could affect other users.
Need Help?
Contact Latitude Support when:
You cannot download the CSV export.
The exported file appears incomplete.
You need data that is not available through Analytics.
You want data permanently deleted from Latitude’s database.
You need help determining whether your request affects a shared workspace.
Include screenshots of any export errors and the name of the affected LinkedIn account when applicable.
