How do I add my Company Page?

LinkedIn Company Pages are connected to Latitude through the personal LinkedIn account that manages them. This article explains the plan and permission requirements, how to add a Company Page, and what to check when a page does not appear.

Before You Add a Company Page

You need both the correct Latitude licensing and the correct LinkedIn permissions before you can connect a Company Page.

Confirm Your Latitude Plan and License

Company Page connections are available only on Latitude plans that include this feature.

Depending on your subscription, adding a Company Page may also require an available account license or connection. If your plan does not include Company Pages or all available licenses are already in use, you may be unable to add another page.

Before continuing, confirm that:

  • Your Latitude plan includes Company Page connections.

  • Your workspace has an available license or account connection.

  • You have permission to manage accounts within your Latitude workspace.

Workspace members who do not manage billing may need to ask their workspace owner or administrator to confirm their plan and available licenses.

If Add Organization is unavailable or Latitude displays a licensing message, review your plan under Plans & Billing or contact Latitude Support.

Confirm Your LinkedIn Admin Access

Your personal LinkedIn profile must have Content Admin or higher access to the Company Page.

Following the page, listing the company as your employer, or having access through another LinkedIn profile does not give Latitude permission to publish as the page.

Open the Company Page directly on LinkedIn and confirm that the personal profile you plan to connect has the necessary admin role.

Connect the Correct Personal Account

Company Pages are added through the personal LinkedIn account that manages them.

Before adding the page:

  1. Open Accounts in Latitude.

  2. Confirm that the correct personal LinkedIn profile is connected.

  3. Sign out of any other LinkedIn accounts open in your browser.

LinkedIn may automatically authorize whichever account is currently signed in.

Add Your Company Page

Once you have confirmed your Latitude licensing and LinkedIn admin access:

  1. Open Accounts in Latitude.

  2. Find the personal LinkedIn account that manages the Company Page.

  3. Select Add Organization.

  4. Complete the LinkedIn authorization process.

  5. Select Allow when LinkedIn requests permission.

  6. Return to Latitude.

  7. Select Sync Organizations if the page does not appear automatically.

Once connected, the Company Page will appear beneath the personal LinkedIn account that manages it.

Adding Pages Managed by Different Accounts

Each Company Page must be connected through a personal LinkedIn profile that has the required admin access.

If different personal profiles manage your Company Pages, connect each personal profile to Latitude first. You can then add the organizations available through each account.

Your Latitude plan must also include enough licenses or account connections for every profile and Company Page you want to add.

Post to Your Company Page

After the page has been added:

  1. Open Content Creation or the Scheduler.

  2. Open the account selection menu.

  3. Expand the connected personal LinkedIn account.

  4. Select the Company Page labeled Org.

  5. Create, save, schedule, or publish your post.

Always confirm that the correct personal profile or Company Page is selected before publishing.

Fix a Missing Company Page

A missing page is usually caused by Latitude licensing, LinkedIn permissions, an account mismatch, or organizations that need to be synced.

Add Organization Is Missing or Unavailable

If you do not see Add Organization, confirm that:

  • Your Latitude plan includes Company Pages.

  • Your workspace has an available license or account connection.

  • You have permission to add accounts within the workspace.

  • The personal LinkedIn account has already been connected.

Your workspace owner may need to upgrade the plan, add another license, or give you the necessary workspace permissions.

The Page Does Not Appear

Make sure the personal LinkedIn account connected to Latitude is the same account that manages the Company Page.

To reconnect using a different account:

  1. Sign out of LinkedIn in your browser.

  2. Return to Latitude.

  3. Connect the correct personal LinkedIn account.

  4. Sign in with that account when LinkedIn opens.

  5. Approve the requested permissions.

  6. Select Sync Organizations.

Check Your LinkedIn Page Role

Open the Company Page on LinkedIn and confirm that the connected personal profile still has Content Admin or higher access.

The page may not appear when:

  • You are not a page administrator.

  • Your admin access was removed.

  • Your role does not allow you to publish content.

  • A different LinkedIn profile has the required permissions.

A current page administrator may need to update your access through LinkedIn.

Refresh LinkedIn Permissions

Latitude cannot retrieve your Company Pages if the required LinkedIn permissions were not approved.

Reconnect the personal LinkedIn account, select Allow when prompted, and then select Sync Organizations in Latitude.

Sync Your Organizations

Sync your organizations when:

  • The Company Page was recently created.

  • Your LinkedIn admin role recently changed.

  • The page previously appeared but is now missing.

  • You recently reconnected your LinkedIn account.

To sync:

  1. Open Accounts.

  2. Locate the personal LinkedIn account that manages the page.

  3. Select Sync Organizations.

  4. Refresh the page if necessary.

Still Not Seeing Your Page?

Before contacting Latitude Support, confirm that:

  • Your Latitude plan supports Company Pages.

  • You have an available license or account connection.

  • You have permission to add accounts to the workspace.

  • The correct personal LinkedIn account is connected.

  • That account has Content Admin or higher access.

  • You approved all requested LinkedIn permissions.

  • You selected Sync Organizations.

If the page still does not appear, contact Latitude Support and include:

  • The name of the Company Page.

  • The personal LinkedIn account that manages it.

  • Your LinkedIn role on the page.

  • Your Latitude plan, if known.

  • A screenshot of the Accounts page.

  • A screenshot of any licensing or connection error.
