If you created a post but it didn't go out, you're not alone - this usually comes down to one thing:
Creating a post is not the same as scheduling or publishing it.
Here's how it works in Latitude.
Quick checklist (start here)
Is your post still in Unscheduled Posts? -> it's a draft
Do you see it on the calendar at a future time? -> it's scheduled
Did you get a confirmation notification after scheduling or posting?
Is the post a darker shade on the calendar? -> it has already been published (or attempted)
The 3 post states
Draft
Draft posts are posts that you created or savedt, but have not scheduled yet.
Where to find it:
Unscheduled Posts (Scheduler)
Under Scheduler by selecting the account it was created for from the top right drop-down box, or selecting All Accounts (which will show drafts for all accounts you control)
Under Content Creation by selecting the View Saved Posts button at the bottom of the post creation text box. Be sure to select the account it was created by from the top right drop-down box, or select All Accounts (which will show drafts for all accounts you control)

Scheduled
Scheduled posts are posts that have been assigned a future publication date and time. Latitude will automatically publish them to the selected LinkedIn account or Company Page at the scheduled time.
Where to see your scheduled posts
Go to Scheduler and select the account you wish to view from the top right drop down box:
Content Calender -> this shows all your posts in a calendar view
Upcoming Posts -> this shows a quick list of what's coming next
How to edit a scheduled post
Scheduled posts can't be edited directly on the calendar unless they will be posted soon enough to show up in your Upcoming Posts box in the Scheduler (found directly below posts in Ready to Schedule)
If your post is listed in the Upcoming Posts section
Go to Scheduler
Find your post in Upcoming Posts
Click the edit icon (small square with a pen)
Make your changes and save
If your post is not listed in the Upcoming Posts section
Go to Scheduler
Right-click the post on the calendar
Select Unschedule Post
Find it in Ready to Schedule Posts
Click the edit icon
Make changes and reschedule it
Published
Published posts are posts that have been successfully shared to the selected LinkedIn account or Company Page. They remain available in Latitude so you can review the content and track its performance.
Where to see your published posts
Published posts can always be seen on the calendar in Scheduler. Posts that have already published to LinkedIn will be a darker hue of color than they are when they still need to be published to LinkedIn. Published posts can also be seen in some views of Analytics, but we recommend verifying that your post was published to LinkedIn by signing into your LinkedIn account and verifying that it appears there.
Failed
Failed posts are posts that Latitude attempted to publish but could not successfully share to the selected LinkedIn account or Company Page. Review the error details, make any needed corrections, and try publishing the post again.
We recommend verifying that a post was published through LinkedIn as we can occasionally experience issues that could cause publishing your post to fail. You can verify this by checking your notifications in Latitude.
