Understanding Latitude’s Terms of Service
Latitude’s Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you create an account, connect LinkedIn, purchase a subscription, or otherwise use Latitude. This article provides a plain-language overview of the most important terms. It does not replace the full Terms of Service. If this summary conflicts with the legal terms, the full Terms of Service apply. The current Terms of Service were last updated on May 27, 2026

Agreeing to the Terms
You agree to Latitude’s Terms of Service when you:
Create or use a Latitude account
Begin a free trial
Connect a LinkedIn or other third-party account
Purchase a subscription
Use Latitude’s websites, applications, billing tools, or related services
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
If you use Latitude for a company, client, or other organization, you must have authority to accept the Terms on that organization’s behalf.
Your Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your Latitude account information accurate and protecting your login credentials.
Account Security
You are responsible for activity performed through your:
Latitude account
Workspace
Connected LinkedIn accounts
Team member or delegated access
Each person using Latitude should have their own authorized login. You should not share passwords or allow someone to access an account without permission.
Managing Accounts for Other People
You may only connect or manage a LinkedIn profile, Company Page, client account, or other account when you have the legal and contractual right to do so.
If you invite team members, contractors, clients, or delegates, you are responsible for ensuring they are authorized and use Latitude in accordance with the Terms.
Connected Services
Latitude integrates with third-party platforms, including LinkedIn for publishing and analytics and Stripe for payment processing.
Those services have their own terms, policies, and platform rules. Latitude does not control third-party outages, API restrictions, policy changes, account suspensions, or decisions to revoke access.
LinkedIn Access
When you connect LinkedIn, you authorize Latitude to access and process the information needed to provide the features you request, which may include:
Account authentication
Content drafting
Scheduling and publishing
Analytics
Company Page management
Support and account administration
You remain responsible for following LinkedIn’s user, content, automation, API, and anti-spam rules.
You can revoke connected-account access through Latitude when that option is available or directly through the third-party platform.

Your Content and AI-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide to Latitude.
This may include:
Posts and drafts
Prompts and instructions
Uploaded files
Brand information
Account information
Analytics
Content strategies
You give Personal Content AI limited permission to host, process, display, transmit, modify, and otherwise use this information as needed to operate, secure, support, maintain, and improve Latitude.
Review Content Before Publishing
Latitude may generate drafts, captions, recommendations, schedules, summaries, analytics interpretations, and other AI-assisted outputs.
These outputs may occasionally be:
Inaccurate
Incomplete
Repetitive
Unsuitable for your audience
Inconsistent with your legal or professional obligations
Outside your brand standards
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and deciding whether to publish or rely on any content created through Latitude.
Latitude does not guarantee specific engagement, impressions, follower growth, sales, revenue, hiring results, or other business outcomes.
Acceptable Use
You must use Latitude lawfully and responsibly.
You may not use Latitude to:
Violate laws, contracts, court orders, or platform rules
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights
Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authorization, or endorsements
Publish spam, phishing, malware, deceptive content, or unlawful material
Harass or abuse other people
Collect or process data you do not have the right to use
Interfere with or compromise Latitude’s security
Bypass access controls
Use someone else’s account without authorization
Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or create a competing service from Latitude except where permitted by law
Use automation in a way that violates LinkedIn’s or another platform’s terms
Latitude may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these requirements.
Plans, Usage Limits, and Availability
Latitude plans may differ in their included features, account connections, user seats, usage allowances, and support options.
Fair Usage Limits
Features described as unlimited or high-volume may still be subject to reasonable fair-usage limits intended to protect:
Platform reliability
Security
Third-party compliance
Other customers’ experience
Operational capacity
Limits may apply to connected accounts, team seats, workspaces, drafts, scheduled posts, AI generations, analytics refreshes, storage, exports, support requests, or other product activity.
Latitude may queue, throttle, limit, or suspend usage that is unusually high, abusive, likely to disrupt the service, or likely to create legal, security, cost, or platform-compliance risks. Where practical, Latitude will provide notice before requiring a change or move to a more appropriate plan.
Product Changes and Preview Features
Latitude may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Features labeled beta, preview, pilot, experimental, alpha, or early access may:
Be incomplete or unstable
Change without notice
Have different usage or support limits
Be suspended or discontinued
Never become generally available
Preview features should not be used for critical workflows unless Latitude has agreed otherwise in writing.
Latitude works to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, exact publishing times, or permanent access to third-party integrations.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Your checkout, subscription, order, or account page will describe the pricing, billing frequency, included features, taxes, trial period, and renewal terms that apply to your plan.
Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated during checkout or in a written order, paid subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Latitude and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the applicable recurring fees, taxes, usage charges, and other disclosed amounts.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel through the Latitude billing portal when available or by contacting support@get-latitude.com.
Cancellation prevents future renewals. It does not automatically refund fees already charged unless a refund is required by law or included in your specific plan terms.
If a payment fails, is reversed, or becomes overdue, Latitude may limit or suspend paid features. You remain responsible for charges incurred through the effective cancellation date.
Security and Privacy
Latitude uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the service and customer content.
No online service can guarantee that every transmission or storage method is completely secure. You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting your login information, and carefully managing team and delegated access.
Latitude’s Privacy Policy separately explains how Personal Content AI collects, uses, and protects personal information.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Latitude at any time.
Latitude may suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes that a customer:
Violated the Terms
Failed to pay an amount when due
Created legal, security, or operational risk
Put other users or third-party platforms at risk
Used Latitude in an unauthorized or abusive manner
Certain obligations may continue after an account is terminated, including outstanding payments, confidentiality requirements, intellectual property rights, liability provisions, indemnification obligations, and dispute terms.
Legal Terms and Disputes
Latitude is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The Terms include warranty disclaimers and limitations on Personal Content AI’s liability.
Latitude does not provide legal, financial, employment, investment, tax, or other professional advice. You should review content before publishing or relying on it.
The Terms are governed by Massachusetts law. The parties agree to try to resolve disputes informally first. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are generally handled by state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, subject to the exceptions described in the full Terms.
Changes to the Terms
Latitude may update its Terms of Service as the product, business, or legal requirements change.
Material updates may be posted on the Terms page with a revised effective date or communicated through Latitude when appropriate.
Continuing to use Latitude after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
