Troubleshooting & Privacy
Resolve common technical and publishing problems, learn how Latitude accesses and protects your information, and find out how to contact support.
- Why Your Post Didn’t Publish and How to Fix ItIf a post did not appear on LinkedIn when you expected, first check its status in Latitude. Most publishing issues are caused by a post remaining in Draft, an incorrect scheduled time, an expired LinkedIn connection, or a failed publishing attempt.
- Troubleshooting Slow or Unresponsive Performance in LatitudeLatitude occasionally needs a few seconds to generate content, save your work, or load account data. A brief delay does not always indicate that something is wrong. This article explains what normal performance looks like, how to resolve common browser or session issues, and when to contact Latitude Support.
- What Access Does Latitude Have to My LinkedIn Account?Connecting LinkedIn allows Latitude to publish content and retrieve authorized information needed to provide features such as account selection and analytics. Latitude does not receive your LinkedIn password or unrestricted access to your account. You control the connection through LinkedIn’s authorization process and can disconnect it at any time.
- Understanding Latitude’s Terms of ServiceLatitude’s Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you create an account, connect LinkedIn, purchase a subscription, or otherwise use Latitude. This article provides a plain-language overview of the most important terms. It does not replace the full Terms of Service. If this summary conflicts with the legal terms, the full Terms of Service apply. The current Terms of Service were last updated on May 27, 2026
- How to Export or Delete Your Latitude DataLatitude allows you to export your available analytics data as a CSV file. If you want information permanently deleted from Latitude’s database, you must submit a request to Latitude Support. Exporting, disconnecting an account, canceling a subscription, and deleting data are separate actions.
- How to Disconnect LinkedIn or Revoke Latitude’s AccessYou can stop Latitude from accessing a LinkedIn account by disconnecting it in Latitude or revoking the connection through LinkedIn. These actions stop future publishing and data collection, but they do not automatically delete information already stored in Latitude. To permanently delete your Latitude data, contact Latitude Support.
- How to Contact Latitude Support or Report a ProblemLatitude Support can help with account access, publishing issues, billing questions, analytics problems, feature questions, and anything else that is not working as expected.
