If a post did not appear on LinkedIn when you expected, first check its status in Latitude. Most publishing issues are caused by a post remaining in Draft, an incorrect scheduled time, an expired LinkedIn connection, or a failed publishing attempt.

Understanding Latitude’s Terms of Service

Latitude allows you to export your available analytics data as a CSV file. If you want information permanently deleted from Latitude’s database, you must submit a request to Latitude Support.

Exporting, disconnecting an account, canceling a subscription, and deleting data are separate actions.

How to Export or Delete Your Latitude Data

You can stop Latitude from accessing a LinkedIn account by disconnecting it in Latitude or revoking the connection through LinkedIn.

These actions stop future publishing and data collection, but they do not automatically delete information already stored in Latitude. To permanently delete your Latitude data, contact Latitude Support.
