Edit and reschedule posts without duplicate drafts

Feature Request
Make the scheduled-post edit path clear and preserve one post through unschedule, edit, save as draft, and reschedule. Do not create an extra scheduled entry or ambiguous duplicate draft. The final schedule should show the intended account and time.

    Significant investment was made in post reliability, including not losing drafts, duplicating drafts, losing author or reviewer authority, etc. This was a bug which was submitted by Talia as well.
